Here at Project New Start, we reach out with helping hands in our community. We strive to make our community beautiful and for our hearts to be dedicated to helping others. The men and women in our program get the opportunity to beautify Newport and Jackson County. We work to keep our streets clean, keep our parks spruced-up and appealing, and maintaining a pleasing appearance to our neighborhoods.
