House Parents for New Life Children's Home

The New Life Children's Home opened its doors on April 17,2009. We have been blessed with 24 wonderful little boys and girls as well as loving and caring house parents. NLCH is still in need of another sets of house parents. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in ministry to help abused and neglected children find hope and the love of Jesus Christ as their savior. Salary and room & board will be provided. New Life Children's Home Car Wash

NLCH car wash is located at the intersection of Malcolm and State Street beside Jordan's Kwik Stop. All proceeds from the car wash go to the New Life Children's Home. The car wash is open from Friday and Saturday from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. The car wash is open during early spring months through late fall depending on weather conditions. God bless you and remember to stop and help support your local car wash. Because of your support it will truly make a difference in the life of a child.

Breakthrough Meetings & Life Skill Studies are held every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday Nights from 7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at the New Life Church of God at 1417 Dewey St, Newport, AR.

Project New Start's Breakthrough Meetings and Life Skills Classes are designed to help individuals have a new start in life. If any individual has had a problem with an addictive lifestyle or has suffered the pains of divorce or has endured abuse of any kind, these meetings and classes are for you. Our prayer is that through the proper training through the word of God that your life be transformed. If anybody would like to attend the Breakthrough Life Skills classes, the classes are held at the New Life Church located at 1417 Dewey Avenue in Newport, Arkansas. T.E. Sarrels is the leader of the Tuesday Night Breakthrough Meetings and is a local, successful, Christian businessman. However, it wasn't always that way. T.E. used to be a rebel living an outlaw life of dealing drugs and living on the fringes of society. This lifestyle eventually lead him to a dead end road and he found himself sitting in a concrete cell in the local jail. He came to realize that there has to be something better than the life he was living. He realized that he needed Jesus Christ in his life. As he dropped to his knees in that cold, concrete cell and asked for forgiveness, T.E. was delivered and became a new creation in Christ Jesus. As it is written in Romans 10:13 - For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. T.E. has a powerful testimony to share and can tell everybody how faith in God gave him that breakthrough in his life and how that faith and acceptance of Jesus in your life, can give you a breakthrough too!
